What people say

As someone who is queer and loves women, Lesflicks is one of the few popular media streaming services where I can find a wide range of thought-provoking and entertaining films in the LGBTQ+ community and for lesbians. They are offering representation in a way that most other mainstream or even services do not such as consistent content, objective reviews, and one-of-a-kind films. It\'s always a pleasure to use their site and everything they have to offer.

Really important for me as a queer female to see themes, characters, stories that I can relate to and that represent my life. It’s so life affirming and I feel validated. It’s also so brilliant that Lesflicks' aim is to build an audience so that they can demonstrate that these wonderful stories and lives written? Directed and produced by queer women have an audience and therefore build the case for more representation. Brilliant and life affirming.

Truly the perfect festival. And they seamlessly transitioned into an exclusively on-line structure for this year: There were group watch parties, private access to the films, group Q&As, and educational seminars. So I didn't feel like I missed out on anything (and I can't wait to attend in person when next possible!) Everything functioned without technical hiccups and on time, as promised in their regular communication. I particularly appreciated the well-rounded selection of films, in that there were films focused on issues specific to the LGBTQ+ community as well as stories that just happen to have LGBTQ+ characters or filmmakers. Everyone involved was so sweet, enthusiastic, and passionate. I had a wonderful time and will re-apply every time I make a film!
